Reminders Of Friendship

Reminders Of Friendship

A Marble:

For when you are losing
yours.

Cotton Balls:

To cushion the roads a
head.

Tootsie Rolls:

To help you roll with the
punches.

A Penny:

So that you will never be
penniless.

Hershey's Kiss:

Because we all need hugs
and kisses.

Rubber Bands:

To remind you to always
stay flexible.

Mints:

For all the things you
"mint" to do.

Toothpicks:

To help you pick out the
good in others.

A Paper Clip:

To help you hold it all
together.

"Distance
never separates two hearts that really care
For memory spans the miles
and , in seconds we are there.
We hear the voice, we see
the smile, and deep inside we know,
That friends remain a part
of us, wherever we may go.
So we can visit anytime, no
matter when or where,
For distance never
separates two hearts that really care."
~~By Emily Matthews

Today I
smiled, and all at once

Things
didn't look so bad.

Today I
shared with someone else,

A little
bit of hope I had

Today I
sang a little song,

And felt
my heart grow light.

I walked
a happy little mile,

With not
a cloud in sight.

Today I
worked with what I had,

And
longed for nothing more,

And what
had seemed like only weeds,

Were
flowers at my door.

Today I
loved a little more

And
complained a little less.

And in
the giving of myself,

I forgot
my weariness.

Its
amazing the power in a smile, it not only makes you
feel better, but also,
reflects on everyone around you.
So, come on, let me see you
smile!

Galileo
All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them.

Music
Take a music bath once or twice a week for a few seasons, and you will find that it is to the soul what the water is to the body.

Little Things
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
